Terms of Service for Tech Trend Connect

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tech Trend Connect, www.techtrendconnect.com, Tech Trend Forward, www.techtrendforward.com, our business directory, digital magazine, newsletters, email communications, business profiles, listing pages, forms, events, giveaways, advertising opportunities, sponsored content, promotional services, and any related websites, pages, platforms, or services that link to these Terms, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

By accessing, browsing, using, submitting information to, purchasing from, registering for, attending an event through, entering a giveaway through, subscribing to, communicating with, or otherwise interacting with the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to any individual, business professional, company, organization, representative, website visitor, subscriber, profile purchaser, listed business, advertiser, sponsor, event attendee, giveaway participant, contributor, partner, or other person or entity that accesses, uses, submits information to, purchases from, or otherwise interacts with the Services.

If you access or use the Services on behalf of a business, company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, the entity you represent is also bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

IMPORTANT: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION PROVISION. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND TECH TREND CONNECT WILL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN A COURT OF LAW BEFORE A JUDGE OR JURY. BY ACCEPTING THESE TERMS, YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO HAVE DISPUTES DECIDED BY A JUDGE OR JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

We may modify, update, or replace these Terms from time to time. Any updates will become effective when posted to the Services unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, policies, payment terms, profile terms, advertising terms, event terms, giveaway rules, disclaimers, or other terms posted on our websites or provided in connection with our services, are collectively referred to as the “Terms.”

By accessing the Site and using the Services, you represent and agree that:

1. You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
2. You are at least (18) years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement;
3. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, company, organization, or other legal entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms;
4. You acknowledge that by purchasing or using certain Services, including profile creation, profile publication, content creation, writing, design, formatting, directory placement, sponsored content, advertising, event participation, newsletter placement, promotional exposure, or related services, you may receive benefits that cannot be returned, reversed, refunded, or fully undone once work has begun or services have been provided;
5. You will not use the Services for any unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

These Terms apply whether you are a website visitor, subscriber, business profile purchaser, listed business, advertiser, sponsor, event attendee, giveaway participant, contributor, partner, or other user of the Services.

If you do not agree to these Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

“Tech Trend Connect,” “Tech Trend Forward,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operators of Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, and their related websites, platforms, newsletters, services, events, and communications.

“Site,” “Website,” “Platform,” “Service,” or “Services” refers to www.techtrendconnect.com, www.techtrendforward.com, Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, the business directory, digital magazine, newsletters, business profiles, listing pages, forms, events, giveaways, content, communications, advertising opportunities, sponsored content, and related services.

“User,” “you,” and “your” refer to any person, company, organization, representative, visitor, subscriber, profile purchaser, advertiser, listed business, event attendee, giveaway participant, contributor, sponsor, partner, or other party that accesses, uses, submits information to, purchases from, or interacts with the Services.

“Visitor” refers to any person who browses, searches, views, contacts, submits information through, or otherwise interacts with the Services or any business profile on the platform.

“Listed Business” refers to any business, company, organization, founder, professional, service provider, product company, vendor, agency, consultant, event organizer, sponsor, advertiser, or other entity that has a profile, listing, page, advertisement, sponsored feature, or promotional placement on Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, or related Services.

“Profile Purchaser” refers to any person or business that purchases, requests, sponsors, submits, or pays for a business profile, listing, advertising opportunity, sponsored placement, newsletter feature, profile setup, or related service.

“Business Profile” or “Profile” refers to a published or draft business listing, company page, service page, product profile, directory listing, promotional profile, featured listing, sponsored listing, or other profile displayed or prepared for display through the Services.

“Submitted Content” refers to any content, information, materials, images, logos, graphics, screenshots, videos, text, descriptions, claims, testimonials, links, contact information, business details, product information, service descriptions, event information, categories, tags, or other materials submitted, uploaded, emailed, provided, shared, or made available to us by you or on your behalf.

“Created Content” refers to any profile copy, summaries, headlines, descriptions, visuals, graphics, layouts, edits, optimizations, category descriptions, promotional language, newsletter blurbs, social media content, event content, or other materials created, edited, enhanced, formatted, or prepared by us in connection with a business profile or related service.

“Profile Content” refers collectively to Submitted Content, Created Content, business information, website links, contact information, images, promotional materials, and other content included in or related to a Business Profile.

“Events” refers to any in person, virtual, hybrid, sponsored, hosted, co-hosted, promoted, affiliated, or partner event, webinar, conference, workshop, networking event, panel, summit, giveaway, activation, or promotional gathering connected to Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, or their partners.

“Giveaways” or “Promotions” refers to any contest, sweepstakes, prize drawing, product giveaway, sponsor giveaway, digital giveaway, event promotion, subscriber promotion, or other promotional opportunity offered, hosted, sponsored, supported, or promoted by us.

3. Electronic Communications and Right to Modify Terms

When you visit the Site, use the Services, submit a form, purchase a profile, send us an email, provide contact information, subscribe to a newsletter, attend or register for an event, enter a giveaway, or otherwise interact with us online, you are communicating with us electronically.

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, including by email, website notices, forms, invoices, payment confirmations, profile-related messages, account or service updates, newsletter communications, promotional messages, and other electronic communications.

You agree that electronic communications from us, including notices, disclosures, confirmations, updates, and agreements, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be provided in writing.

You may unsubscribe from promotional or newsletter communications where an unsubscribe option is provided. However, we may still send transactional, administrative, legal, payment-related, profile-related, or service-related communications when necessary.

We may modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on the Site. When we make changes, we may update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.

Material changes may be communicated by posting a notice on the Site, sending notice to an email address you provided, or using another reasonable method.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms are posted or communicated constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services and, if applicable, request removal or cancellation of your profile, subject to any applicable payment, refund, cancellation, or service terms.

4. Communication Consent and Email Subscriber List

By providing, submitting, sharing, entering, or otherwise making available your email address, telephone number, business card, contact information, or other personal information to Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, or their representatives, you consent to receive communications from us as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Where permitted by applicable law, this may include adding your contact information to our mailing lists, subscriber lists, event communication lists, marketing lists, and related communication databases.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you:

1. Submit a contact form;
2. Submit an advertising, sponsorship, partnership, or media inquiry;
3. Submit a business profile request;
4. Purchase a business profile, advertising opportunity, sponsored placement, or related service;
5. Submit business information for a listing or profile;
6. Subscribe to a newsletter or mailing list;
7. Register for, attend, participate in, sponsor, exhibit at, speak at, or check in at an event;
8. Allow your event badge to be scanned;
9. Provide a business card or contact information at a conference, trade show, networking event, meeting, webinar, workshop, panel, summit, activation, or similar event;
10. Participate in a giveaway, contest, sweepstakes, promotion, prize drawing, or sponsored opportunity;
11. Communicate with us by email, website form, social media message, direct message, telephone, text message, or other method;
12. Submit your information to a sponsor, partner, co-host, exhibitor, speaker, or event representative in connection with a Tech Trend Connect or Tech Trend Forward activity;
13. Otherwise provide contact information to us or authorize another person to provide it on your behalf.

You represent and warrant that any contact information you provide is accurate, belongs to you, or that you are otherwise authorized to provide such information.

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from Tech Trend Connect and Tech Trend Forward, including operational messages, transactional messages, profile related updates, event communications, giveaway communications, newsletter content, editorial updates, platform announcements, promotional content, advertising opportunities, sponsored content, partnership opportunities, and marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in applicable emails or by contacting us at contact@techtrendconnect.com. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect our ability to send transactional, administrative, legal, payment related, profile related, event related, giveaway related, account related, or service related communications when necessary.

Your contact information may be used to operate and improve the Services, maintain records, administer events, process profile purchases, communicate regarding Services, administer promotions, provide support, send newsletters and announcements, facilitate sponsorship and advertising opportunities, and promote Tech Trend Connect and Tech Trend Forward as described in our Privacy Policy.

If we offer SMS, text message, or mobile communications, such communications will be provided only where appropriate consent has been obtained or where otherwise permitted by applicable law. You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying “STOP” or by following any other reasonable opt-out instructions provided. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing a profile, advertisement, sponsorship, or other Service unless expressly stated otherwise.

5. Tech Trend Connect Is a Directory and Discovery Platform

Tech Trend Connect is a business directory, discovery platform, promotional platform, and visibility platform that allows businesses, professionals, service providers, product companies, founders, agencies, consultants, event organizers, sponsors, advertisers, individuals, entities, and other organizations across various industries and categories to submit information, request or purchase business profiles, and promote their business information through the Services.

Tech Trend Forward is a digital magazine, newsletter, media platform, and promotional publishing platform that may feature editorial content, sponsored content, newsletters, advertising, events, business spotlights, partner content, and related communications.

The Services are provided for business discovery, media, promotional, advertising, entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, employment, insurance, real estate, accounting, professional, or regulated advice.

The inclusion of any business, product, service, professional, event, sponsor, advertiser, organization, profile, article, advertisement, or sponsored placement through the Services does not mean that we endorse, verify, guarantee, certify, recommend, approve, supervise, or are responsible for that business, product, service, event, content, claim, pricing, performance, result, or conduct.

Listed Businesses are independent third parties. They are not employees, agents, partners, representatives, contractors, or affiliates of Tech Trend Connect or Tech Trend Forward.

We are not responsible for:

1. The quality, accuracy, legality, availability, pricing, or performance of any Listed Business;
2. Any product, service, offer, claim, representation, testimonial, review, or statement made by a Listed Business;
3. Any communication between a Visitor and a Listed Business;
4. Whether a Listed Business responds to an inquiry;
5. Any contract, transaction, payment, service, refund, dispute, or relationship between a Visitor and a Listed Business;
6. Any loss, damage, dissatisfaction, misunderstanding, or dispute arising from contact with, reliance on, or interaction with a Listed Business.

Visitors should conduct their own research and due diligence before contacting, hiring, purchasing from, partnering with, investing in, relying on, or doing business with any company or person listed, mentioned, promoted, advertised, or featured through the Services.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, reject, remove, suspend, or modify any profile, listing, submission, advertisement, sponsored placement, event, article, newsletter feature, or other content at any time and for any reason.

6. No Professional Advice

The information on the Site is provided for entertainment, general business, informational, promotional, and discovery purposes only.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, technical, professional, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions based on any information, business profile, listing, advertisement, sponsored content, article, or third-party communication appearing on or through the Site.

7. Business Profiles and Listings

Tech Trend Connect allows eligible businesses and organizations to purchase and maintain Business Profiles or listings on the platform.

A Business Profile may include, but is not limited to:

1. Business name;
2. Business description;
3. Services or products offered;
4. Industry category;
5. Website links;
6. Contact information;
7. Images, logos, graphics, screenshots, or media;
8. Location or service area;
9. Social media links;
10. Calls to action;
11. Email contact options;
12. Promotional or editorial style profile content;
13. Newsletter or media placement opportunities;
14. Sponsored or featured profile placement, if applicable.

We reserve the right to review, edit, format, approve, reject, remove, suspend, or modify any submitted profile or listing at our discretion.

We may refuse to publish or continue displaying any profile that we believe is inaccurate, misleading, unlawful, inappropriate, low quality, spammy, harmful, infringing, outdated, incomplete, or inconsistent with the purpose or standards of the platform.

Purchasing a profile does not guarantee any specific traffic, impressions, clicks, leads, sales, inquiries, rankings, search engine indexing, newsletter engagement, media exposure, business opportunities, or results.

8. Information You Submit

When you submit information to us, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, lawful, and not misleading.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, approvals, licenses, and authorizations necessary to submit, publish, display, and use any content you provide, including business descriptions, images, logos, trademarks, videos, screenshots, product materials, testimonials, reviews, contact information, website links, claims, event information, and other media.

You agree not to submit content that:

1. Violates any law or regulation;
2. Infringes on another party’s intellectual property rights;
3. Contains false, deceptive, exaggerated, or misleading claims;
4. Includes fake testimonials, fake reviews, fabricated endorsements, or misleading case studies;
5. Contains confidential information you are not authorized to share;
6. Is defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful;
7. Contains malware, spam, tracking code, or harmful code;
8. Misrepresents your affiliation with another company, brand, person, or organization;
9. Promotes illegal activity or prohibited services;
10. Violates advertising, marketing, endorsement, privacy, consumer protection, or professional rules.

We are not responsible for verifying every claim made by a Listed Business. Each Listed Business is responsible for the accuracy and legality of its own Profile Content.

9. Profile Content Created by Us

We may assist with creating, editing, designing, optimizing, enhancing, or formatting Profile Content, including written descriptions, headlines, summaries, images, graphics, promotional language, category placement, and search friendly content.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

1. You retain ownership of the original materials you submit to us;
2. We retain ownership of our websites, platform structure, templates, design elements, formatting, original editorial work, original profile copy, graphics, creative materials, and content created by us;
3. You grant us permission to use, edit, display, publish, reproduce, distribute, adapt, and promote Submitted Content and Created Content in connection with your profile, the platform, Tech Trend Connect marketing, Tech Trend Forward marketing, newsletters, events, social media, editorial content, and related promotional activities;
4. We may make reasonable edits to improve clarity, formatting, SEO, presentation, grammar, visual quality, consistency, and user experience.

We may use internal tools, contractors, editors, designers, creative software, and AI-assisted tools to help create, edit, enhance, or format content. You are responsible for reviewing your profile and notifying us of any changes, corrections, or concerns.

If you require ownership transfer, white-label rights, exclusive rights, source files, editable design files, or additional usage rights to custom created materials, those rights must be agreed to separately in writing.

10. License to Use Submitted Content

By submitting content to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, display, publish, modify, adapt, edit, distribute, promote, and create derivative works from that content for purposes related to operating, marketing, improving, and promoting Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, and related services.

This license includes the right to:

1. Display your Business Profile on the website;
2. Promote your listing in newsletters or social media;
3. Include your company in directory categories;
4. Use excerpts or visuals from your profile in marketing materials;
5. Connect users to your submitted contact information;
6. Feature your business in promotional materials;
7. Include your business in event, sponsorship, or media opportunities;
8. Use your submitted logo, business name, screenshots, and other materials for platform-related promotional purposes.

You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

11. Contact Forms and Email Communications Between Users and Businesses

Tech Trend Connect may allow Visitors to contact Listed Businesses directly through the platform.

When a Visitor submits an inquiry through a Business Profile, the inquiry may be sent to the email address provided by the Listed Business.

We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, received, opened, answered, or acted upon. Listed Businesses are responsible for monitoring their own email accounts and responding to inquiries.

We are not responsible for communications, transactions, contracts, purchases, disputes, or relationships between Visitors and Listed Businesses.

12. Payments, Profile Purchases, Packages, and Renewals

Some profiles, listings, promotional placements, advertising opportunities, newsletter features, sponsored content, event promotions, visibility packages, or related services may require payment.

By purchasing a profile or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees shown at the time of purchase or agreed to in writing.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe or other providers. By submitting payment information, you acknowledge that your payment may be processed by a third-party provider and may be subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, security practices, and processing rules. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, security practices, payment processing delays, declined transactions, or service interruptions of third-party payment processors.

Fees may vary depending on the package, placement, promotional opportunity, early access offer, founding member offer, launch offer, renewal rate, discount, custom package, or separate written arrangement.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

1. Profile fees are charged for the selected listing, setup, or promotional period;
2. Payments are due at the time of purchase;
3. Profile purchases are not a guarantee of leads, sales, revenue, rankings, search traffic, media exposure, or results;
4. Fees are non-refundable once profile work, setup, writing, design, content creation, publication, or promotional preparation has begun;
5. We may update pricing, packages, renewal terms, or promotional offers at any time;
6. Early access, founding member, or discounted pricing may be limited and may not be available after launch or after the promotional period ends.

If a profile includes renewal terms, renewal pricing, automatic renewal, or recurring billing, those terms will be disclosed during purchase, checkout, invoice, payment link, or in a separate written agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment information and contact information.

13. Refunds and Cancellations

Because we may begin work shortly after purchase, including profile setup, content review, writing, content creation, design work, formatting, SEO preparation, publication, or promotional planning, payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

We may, at our discretion, offer a credit, revision, replacement placement, or other accommodation. Any refund or credit decision is made solely at our discretion unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

You may request removal or cancellation of your profile by contacting us at contact@techtrendconnect.com . Removal of a profile does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

If you cancel a service, you remain responsible for any amounts already due or incurred before cancellation.

14. No Endorsement or Guarantee

The Services operate as a business directory, media, discovery, and promotional platform. The inclusion of a business, service, product, professional, sponsor, advertiser, event, article, newsletter mention, or organization through the Services does not mean that we endorse, guarantee, verify, certify, recommend, or are responsible for that business or its products, services, claims, pricing, results, conduct, or performance.

Users should conduct their own research before contacting, hiring, purchasing from, partnering with, investing in, or relying on any business listed or featured through the Services.

We are not responsible for disputes between Users and Listed Businesses, including disputes involving service quality, pricing, contracts, payments, missed communications, product performance, representations, warranties, refunds, or business outcomes.

15. Accuracy of Directory, Editorial, and Promotional Information

We aim to present useful, professional, and accurate business, editorial, promotional, and event information, but we do not guarantee that all listings, articles, features, event details, advertisements, or promotional materials are accurate, complete, current, available, or error free.

Listed Businesses, advertisers, sponsors, contributors, event organizers, and partners are responsible for notifying us of updates, corrections, expired links, changed contact information, discontinued services, revised pricing, updated logos, changed leadership, canceled events, or other material changes.

We may update, revise, remove, suspend, or archive profiles, articles, listings, advertisements, event pages, and promotional materials at any time.

16. Reviews, Testimonials, Claims, and Promotional Statements

If reviews, testimonials, endorsements, ratings, case studies, claims, or success statements are submitted or displayed through the Services, the submitting party is responsible for ensuring they are truthful, accurate, not misleading, and based on real experiences.

You may not submit, purchase, create, encourage, or publish fake reviews, fake testimonials, misleading endorsements, undisclosed paid endorsements, AI-generated fake reviews, fabricated customer experiences, false claims, manipulated ratings, or deceptive promotional statements.

Any material connection, sponsorship, incentive, compensation, ownership relationship, affiliate relationship, partnership, or other connection that could affect how users interpret a testimonial, endorsement, review, recommendation, or sponsored placement must be clearly disclosed.

We reserve the right to remove any review, testimonial, claim, endorsement, or promotional content that appears misleading, unverifiable, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform standards.

17. Advertising, Sponsored Content, and Promotional Placements

We may offer advertising, sponsored content, featured listings, newsletter placements, event promotions, partner packages, product spotlights, media placements, dedicated campaigns, or other paid promotional opportunities.

Sponsored or paid placements may be identified where appropriate.

The availability, placement, timing, format, duration, and visibility of advertising or sponsored opportunities may vary and are subject to our approval.

We reserve the right to reject, modify, remove, pause, or discontinue any advertising, sponsored content, or promotional placement at our discretion.

Payment for advertising or sponsored placement does not guarantee any specific impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, revenue, audience response, ranking, or business result.

18. Events, Webinars, Conferences, and Activations

Tech Trend Connect and Tech Trend Forward may host, sponsor, support, promote, co-host, attend, or participate in events, webinars, conferences, workshops, summits, networking events, panels, activations, and related opportunities.

By registering for, attending, participating in, checking in at, submitting your information for, or sharing contact information in connection with an Event, you agree that we may use your contact information to communicate with you about the Event, related opportunities, newsletters, promotional updates, platform announcements, sponsored content, and marketing communications.

Event details, including speakers, sponsors, schedules, dates, times, locations, programming, agendas, and benefits, are subject to change.

We are not responsible for:

1. Event cancellations or postponements;
2. Venue issues;
3. Speaker changes;
4. Third-party event organizer conduct;
5. Ticketing issues;
6. Attendee experiences;
7. Sponsor or exhibitor conduct;
8. Any loss or expense related to attending or attempting to attend an Event.

If an Event has separate terms, ticket terms, registration terms, sponsor terms, or organizer rules, those terms will also apply.

19. Event Photography, Video, and Media Release

By attending or participating in a Tech Trend Connect or Tech Trend Forward Event, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, audio recording, live streaming, interviews, screenshots, and other media capture may occur.

Unless you notify us in writing before the Event where reasonably possible, you grant us, our representatives, sponsors, partners, media teams, and service providers permission to photograph, record, film, capture, use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, edit, and promote your image, likeness, voice, name, business name, statements, and participation in connection with Event coverage, website content, newsletters, social media, advertising, promotional materials, editorial content, recap content, and related marketing.

You understand that you will not be entitled to compensation, approval, royalties, or additional notice for such use.

If you do not want to be photographed or recorded, you should notify us at contact@techtrendconnect.com and, where applicable, notify Event staff at check-in. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all background photos, crowd shots, livestreams, or third-party media.

20. Events, Giveaways, and Promotions

Tech Trend Connect may promote, sponsor, feature, list, or participate in events, webinars, conferences, giveaways, contests, activations, or promotional campaigns.

Additional rules, eligibility requirements, terms, or conditions may apply to specific events or promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tech Trend Connect is not responsible for event cancellations, schedule changes, speakers, venues, sponsors, third-party organizers, ticketing issues, travel costs, technical failures, or promotional outcomes.

21. Third-Party Businesses, Sponsors, Partners, and Co-Hosts

We may work with sponsors, advertisers, event partners, co-hosts, listed businesses, newsletter sponsors, promotional partners, vendors, contractors, technology providers, payment processors, email platforms, analytics providers, and other third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, and their owners, operators, team members, contractors, affiliates, partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunities, reputational harm, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, failed communications, event-related losses, giveaway-related issues, or third-party disputes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the websites, Services, profile, listing, purchase, event, giveaway, promotion, advertisement, article, newsletter, email communication, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose.

If you did not pay us for the service giving rise to the claim, our total liability will not exceed $100.

29. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tech Trend Connect, Tech Trend Forward, and their owners, operators, affiliates, partners, sponsors, advertisers, service providers, contractors, officers, agents, representatives, team members, and employees from and against any claim, demand, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your Submitted Content, your Business Profile or listing, your use of the Services, your connection to the Services, your products, services, claims, advertisements, promotions, events, business practices, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

30. Termination, Suspension, or Removal

We may suspend, remove, restrict, edit, or terminate a profile, listing, account, submission, advertisement, sponsored placement, event, promotion, article, newsletter placement, or access to the Services at any time if we believe there has been a violation of these Terms, a legal risk, a payment issue, misuse of the platform, misleading information, infringement, spam activity, or conduct harmful to us, users, partners, sponsors, or third parties.

We may also remove inactive, outdated, incomplete, low-quality, or non-responsive listings at our discretion.

Termination or removal does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For any claim or proceeding that is not subject to arbitration, you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

32. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

32.1 Informal Resolution First

Before filing any claim, arbitration, or legal proceeding, you and Tech Trend Connect agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

To begin the informal resolution process, you must contact us at contact@techtrendconnect.com with a written description of the dispute, your name, your business name if applicable, the email address associated with your submission or purchase, and the relief you are seeking.

We will attempt to respond and resolve the matter in good faith within 30 days.

32.2 Agreement to Binding Arbitration

You and Tech Trend Connect agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the websites, your use of the Services, a business profile, listing, purchase, submission, advertisement, email communication, event, giveaway, promotion, article, newsletter, or any related service will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration before a neutral arbitrator.

Arbitration means that the dispute will be resolved outside of court. There will be no judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration award may be limited.

32.3 Arbitration Rules and Location

The arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association, also known as AAA, under its applicable rules, unless the parties agree to a different arbitration provider in writing.

The arbitration may be conducted remotely, by video conference, by telephone, through written submissions, or in person in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

32.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND TECH TREND CONNECT AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS MEMBER, OR REPRESENTATIVE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION, CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

32.6 Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Tech Trend Connect waive the right to a trial by jury for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration.

32.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

33. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
